Thank you for your inquiry to Intel Customer support, regarding your NUC.
In order to replace the unit under warranty conditions, we would require some additional information.
Can you please confirm following:
- Your full name
- Your full postal address and telephone number
- The PBA number of the NUC
- The serial number of the NUC
You can find these number on a label on the outside of the unit or on its motherboard.
As soon as we have received this information, we will proceed to replace the unit for you.
