I recently upgraded to Windows 8.1 from Windows 7.
Have Asrock Z68 Pro 3 motherboard.
Have 3x 1TB hard drives setup in RAID0, and have same issue as mentioned here with them.
Also, have one 500GB drive, which is not in raid, which works fine, as well as 2 SSD drives.
I'm using Intel RST 13.1.0.1058 drives.
As already said in thread, same issue here:
When shutting down PC, I hear one disk 'click' as it powers off, while other disks spin down. Then all 3 disks spin up, and shut down.
It is quite annoying bug.
